The goal of Recess is simple: to keep kids moving, playing and healthy. Recess incorporates a healthy lifestyle into the daily lesson plans while teaching and talking about ways to keep our bodies healthy. Through circle time and ice breakers, we engage children to talk about health and fitness.
We’re all about FUN and FITNESS! Sessions are always different and never boring! Each day is a mix of fitness exercises, relays & obstacle courses, sports, and games!

Recess is a high-energy outdoor exercise program for children ages 4 through 9. Recess is all about being active, fit and fun. We focus on learning new skills and games and celebrating being a KID! Don’t tell mom and & dad, but we get a little silly from time to time!
